We are using Royal Mail to send out orders. All orders are sent 1st class and tracked. Shipping times include postage and packaging.

Return & Exchange Policy
If you're not 100% happy with your item, you have 14 calendar days to return the item from when you receive it, for a full refund or exchange for another item. The item must be in the condition you receive it in and undamaged. (If the item is damaged upon arrival or lost in transit, we will replace it).
